I have a new band to dig: mellowdrone Jangly, simultaneously sad and aggressive. Funky, atmospheric. I like.

I discovered them by keeping tabs on Laurent Briet, a director Kent introduced me to. Laurent’s most recent video is for Mellowdrone. It’s delightful in that it sort of takes the piss out of the “standard video format”. Friendly, fun, earnest, and fresh.

Hmm… I guess that’s only three degrees of separation.
